Paid a visit to Big Bath EcoSky today and was pleasantly served by Matthew who was very attentive and patient, sharing constructive knowledge about the products along with helpful suggestions. We ended up placing orders for multiple items and really loved the look of it when installed in my bathrooms!

Their patience is evident in the way they handle inquiries, never rushing and always taking the time to listen carefully. No matter how many questions are asked, they respond with a calm and reassuring tone, making sure every concern is addressed.
When giving a product demonstration, they are incredibly thorough and detailed. They walk customers through each feature step by step, ensuring that everything is clearly understood. They anticipate potential questions and proactively provide useful insights, making the experience both informative and engaging. Their hands-on approach allows customers to feel confident about their purchase.
Beyond their product knowledge, their friendly and approachable nature makes the entire buying process enjoyable. Side note, would be better if they keep stock in their showroom. Customer will not have to come back again to collect the items and considering is your company policy therefore delivery charges should not incur by the customer.

Been seeing Big Bath on advertisements all the while and have an impression it’s only applicable for T20 audience. But hey, I was wrong till visit their showroom for their 45th years anniversary – it’s indeed shocking sale!! On top of competitive pricing, I would say the quality of products and the product knowledge owned by the crews are impressive. Highly recommended!
