Mr Tan is a responsible and reliable contractor on roofing leakage. He will attend to recurring leaks. I dislike contractors that wash their hand after the job is done and not respond for recurring problems. Highly recommended.
This is my review after observing for almost 2 months of the job done.
Before CL Tan, i have tried another repair for 2 times but not only issue unsolved but the repairer lost contact as well.
I found CL Tan thru google, he is responsive and good at follow up on the arrangement for inspection.
I decided to give it a try after the inspection and he involved himself for the repair too.
After a week i found it is still leaking at the same spot, but unlike the previous repairer, he respond fast in arranging another appointment to checked and rectified.
Now the roof is no longer leaking..
