I cannot recommend this roofing company based on our recent experience. While seeking a quote for our house’s roof repair, we encountered unprofessional behavior from their sales representative. When we offered to pay for a proper roof inspection, they refused to provide this service without explanation. This was particularly frustrating as we had already invested time in the consultation process. Their unwillingness to conduct a basic inspection, even at our expense, raises concerns about their service quality and customer commitment. I would advise potential customers to seek alternative roofing contractors who are willing to perform thorough assessments and value their clients’ time.
