After clearing the clogged kitchen floor trap, did a double check to ensure no more residue is left in the pipe. I have been in construction industry for more than 15 years, very rare to find such attitude & work ethic. Price is very reasonable.

AVOID AT ALL COST!
I strongly advise against using this company for waterproofing services. They have repeatedly failed to do the job properly, leaving my issue unresolved for over a year. They often change schedules and appointments at the last minute, making it incredibly difficult to get any consistent work done. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they do not respond on WhatsApp, which only adds to the frustration.
Even after all this time, the issue is still not fixed. I have all the communication proof and a detailed report from another contractor that highlights the inadequacies of their work. Frankly, I have no idea how they have so many 5-star reviews here—trust this company at your own risk.
