Not only late but completely forgot appointment! Too stingy to buy new pipe and just taken my old pipe and glue back. Before going off even have the audacity to insult about how dirty and old my house is.
Expensive!! Did not even offer to lower the price. I didn’t bother as well, just wanted him out of there asap. Customer service is so poor even through Whatsapp. If customer has to remind you of the appointment, might as well close shop.
First and last time using this plumber’s service. Wonder if the 5 star reviews are even real.
Sam is always providing excellent and professional service, price reasonable and he is humble person, he refused to charge any cost to me when found out the issue is still under warranty from my condo developer, if your area nearby Cheras, Kajang or Balakong please hire this plumber.
Might need to WhatsApp him a reminder of your appointment one day in advance because he is a one man show with many requests for his service.
I definitely recommend him.
Sam was extremely helpful and patient with my water issue. He made extra effort to make sure that my problem was fixed. He offered great advice on how to avoid the problem from happening again. His fees are very affordable too. Highly recommended!
Excellent, superb workmanship. Sam could unclog my kitchen sink blockage which 2 other plumbers couldn’t do. I will definitely recommend this plumber to my friends. Very punctual and fast also!
