I recently had an exceptional experience with their plumbing service. They were quick to detect the leak, and their honesty and technical expertise were evident throughout the process. One impressive aspect was their use of infrared thermal scanning to pinpoint the problem area of water leaking. Overall, I highly recommend their services for anyone needing plumbing assistance.

After having to deal with so many dishonest contractors and plumbers after so many years, Mr Suhaimi is exactly the kind of person we were looking for. He’s experienced, knowledgeable, and soft spoken. He cares about the job and the mission to be accomplished and not just in to make a quick buck unlike many dodgy contractors.

Just for some context, my family home in USJ 9 is reaching 30 years old and we have many water issues. After explaining the layout he took his time to understand how our water set up was and suggested ways that we can solve the problems and not just treat the symptoms. Now that’s a plumber that cares!

Also the charges were very reasonable for the work done. It’s the smallest of things that make the biggest results when it comes to plumbing as I’ve learnt.

It was a pleasure working with him and I would definitely return to him again if we were to encounter any more issues (which I’m sure will happen to a 30 year old house).

I was searching for a plumber to rectify slight leaking of my newly installed kitchen tap, read the good reviews about En. Suhaimi on Google and decided to try him out. He came & fixed the leaking problem quickly, I also get him to install a ceiling fan, the price he charged is reasonable. Happy with his service!

First and foremost, this review is meant to be a fair, truthful review without prejudice.

I was searching for a contractor in 2022 to do some minor renovations for my house (re-piping, renovate bathroom & repair roof leaking) when I came across Mother Plumbing & Renovation S/B in Google. Noted the good rating & hence decided to give it a try.

The renovation completed in Apr Iast year, I must say Mobarak is very good at piping work, nevertheless not so for tiling work as well as roof repair. He may have some other good tiler but the one who did my bathroom was certainly not skillful enough as a number of wall tiles were not well-aligned.

For roof repairs, there was an issue where the sound of rain water can be heard dropping onto the ceiling board during heavy rain but Mobarak was not able to identify the cause of the leak and request for him to come and inspect during rain was rejected, so the issue was not resolved. Eventually, I ended up engaging another contractor to repair the leak.

The last job done by Mobarak was in Dec 2022 (9th month into the 1 year warranty) where he came to replace a piece of tile fell off from the side of a concrete top in the bathroom. Before he left, he told me non-jokingly that he’s going back next day to Bangladesh for good and he even showed me the air ticket he bought. Thus I was really surprised to see a review made by someone in Jan 2023 for a recent job done by him.

In conclusion, I think 3.5 would be the fair rating for overall work done but since there’s no such selection, I will go for 3. Moving forward, hope this contractor is determined to deliver better service for all his valued customers.

My response to contractor’s reply on Oct 24, 2023.

The contractor made a confession that he “has not left Malaysia from then to till now”, then what was his intention of telling me that he’s returning next day to Bangladesh for good when there was still 3 more months to go before the warranty expires (if not to evade responsibility)?

And I’m really puzzled that he said he only did for me roof leaking & painting and even claimed there is a due amount of RM900. As I mentioned in my earlier review, main jobs I engaged him was for re-piping, bathroom renovation and roof leaking; and I had already made full payment promptly to Mother Plumbing & Renovation S/B upon completion of works, else you think he will keep quiet until now (ie 1½ years later after job done). THEREFORE, I strongly refute the statements he made. Unless he has mistaken me for another customer, he is literally making a false accusation against me.

I hope he is not purposely saying all this to confuse the readers (trying to cover up for his reputation) otherwise he will certainly lose my respect.

I would absolutely recommend Mobarok as your one stop contractor for all your construction needs. He is honest and professional. His work is of high quality and very clean. He also always has many creative ideas and suggestions.

He did extensive home renovation for me (increased almost 50% sqft and changed entire electrical and plumbing system) within 6 months as promised.

His price is very reasonable (I had met with more than a dozen contractors before choosing him). I wanted to choose and buy the hardwares myself (tiles, accessories, kitchen cabinet, security doors, gate etc) and the third party stores that he recommended were almost always cheaper than the ones I found (again after checking numerous shops/factories).

I have recommended Mobarok to all my relatives and friends as well and will continue hiring him for all my future renovations. I was very worried at first when I wanted to start the renovation project since there are so many horror stories about contractors out there but Mobarok was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is genuinely a good human being.

Home renovation is very good service

Texted them at 7.30am in the morning, I asked them to fix my bloated bottle trap & create a new water faucet for my washing machine.

They came at 10am and did the two job in 2 hours. My piping for my water faucet is broken but the managed to find a solution and the job is really clean.

Updated me at every step of the progress and made sure I was informed of the final say. Pricing is reasonable and they make sure to check with you before executing.

I will definitely repeat their service again.

Badiuzaman and his assistant did a very good job fixing my Air Conditioner and my shower water heater as well! I highly recommend, very worth the price. They are very responsive via call or WhatsApp.

Repairing and servicing everything was completed in two hours.

Total scam company!! Not only they did not solve my plumbing issue, they even add problems after they left. At first their boss lady told me these so called “terms & conditions” that they will charge RM 160 just for inspection, and so I agreed. Before that their boss lady even assured that “plumbing sifu” have tons of experience. The next day they sent 2 Banglas first then another Chinese who seems very clueless. All they did was to replace lousy parts in my toilet bowl that not only did not solve the problem. Later found out there was no water coming in so for next half of the day I have no water to use. I called them to inform the problem and it was urgent but they ignored my calls and messages. Got so fed up with them so I contacted a new plumber. Found out that they apparently turned off something that stops water flowing into my 2 water tanks.

Completed the work fast and well. They replaced a leaking pipe that needed some tile hacking.
