I don’t understand how this place has 5 stars, the workmanship is terrible. I was told it would still look like new (door frame) if I didn’t replace it, when they came they ended up having to replace it anyway, and the entire process took over 5 hours. When they replaced it, they did not even tell me that it’s only replacing part of it and it would still look terrible because they have to buy another part which will take some time to find. On top of that, after doing the second replacement, the part that was replaced today would also have to be replaced. All with extra charges. After all this, the door frame looks far from “new”. At the same time, when it came to paying, they would not leave until I paid on the spot and showed them proof. After all, you know where my house is, why would I not pay? Please see the pictures as to how bad the workmanship is.
Now, I’m being told they will come to make good the wall when they come for another job at my house. I said if there’s no other work (I.e more money), they should still make good. But after saying that, no reply. So basically they just want you to pay, after you pay don’t expect any care for customer service or customer satisfaction as it’s too late they won’t come back to make good an incomplete job unless there’s other extra work to be done and charged for.

I have so much other work to do not just in this place that I was hoping I could use them as a one stop shop. But after today I definitely will not be. Today’s “repair” was rm550.

Good service and price workable

Actually i asked for a diff design..but due to my wall not being smooth, after thoroughly discussing it, we decided to do what Hadi suggested..Overall we are satisfied n happy as it comes out very nice n beautiful. The workers are very polite & responsible… and alas their price are very reasonable.

Hadi very good in helping remove current lighting and install new lightings. He also fix the switch which was very helpful of him. Would definitely call him again. Honest person and helpful. No changing price after agreed to the price unlike other people who tries to be dishonest.

I’M SO REGRETTING TO HIRED THEM FOR MY HOUSE RENOVATIONS!!

I gave 1 star because the boss Adil & Shazad were really being polite when dealing with us. However, I gonna telling my true story of what I’ve faced within this 3 months after moved in (with all the works images that done by Adil’s workers).

During the last payment which Adil handover the house to us after his final checked. My husband & I found out the wiring under the TV cabinet was using old wired (we paid him RM 15,500 for plaster ceiling and electric) he told is electric works expensive because need to pull all new wirings and fuse box so me and my husband paid that amount but in the end we found out was old wiring and the way his worker installed was totally wrong! Beside this, we also found out most of my bathroom basin, doors, tile floors all with stains (cement/paint stains that never use cover to protect), windows defects with few holes & switch button not aligned without using proper tools to do the alignments before installed. That’s why we refuse to pay the balance RM 5,000.

After moved in, within this 3 months, we started to see a lots of problems from his works. Our kitchen drainage water flow back, bathroom water stopper didn’t do well and water keep coming out, roof leaking, indoor painting works with skim started pop out looks uneven. But all these while I just send Adil the pictures to complaints never want to give him bad review to public because I know is ain’t easy for foreigners to work here.

But something happened that caused me to review it here now. Last week, my fuse box burn smell came out and we found one of the yellow wiring melted and burned. That’s night me and my husband were so mad about it because our fridge and house electric force to stop. A nightmare!!

Until the next day we get a new electrician uncle to come to check and fix for us and uncle said the previous electrician doesn’t know how to do electric cuz the way he installed was wrong way, wrong setup! And the wirings is undersized, screws all loose!! Even using the old things for us! We paid for new! But Adil use old! I don’t understand why he did this to us! I’ve told him before electric is very important do it right and safe! Every time he said no worries no problem madam but result show everything! We feel like we are being cheated!

I asked Adil for compensate but he keep saying we already have the balance RM 5,000! Hello! The balance RM 5,000 we didn’t paid you because you didn’t do well the job during the handover period!

This RM 5,000 has nothing with the electric works! The electric problems happened after 3 months you handover!

Don’t you understand electric safety issue can cause a house fire or human safety hazard! This cost more than just a RM 5,000!! I being nice to you only ask you to compensate the electric portion from the RM 15,500 (plaster ceiling & electric works) but you asked us to use the previous balance RM 5,000 to cover your mistakes?!

This is so unfair for us! We always paid on time during the renovations period only the balance RM 5,000 left cuz you never do your work as promised!

I contacted Mr Maizal via whatsapp to inquire about my toilet issue which the water from flush tank kept flowing to the toilet bowl. He did a replacement on 2 parts, but the issue wasn’t really solved 100%, but he kept trying to figure things out until finally the issue is solved completely. He’s also a friendly guy, patient, and helpful, thank you Pak Maizal 👍
