I just had my old house plumbing overhauled. They did a good job and have a 6 months warranty on top of it.
One part of the job was so well done that i had mistaken it not having been done at all. The pipe going i to the fround at the bottom right and coming out towards the upper left of the picture was done where the soil has no grass. Initially i thought they used the old piping as there were no normal signs of soip being overturned 🤦♂
In any case, if they are willing to do the job, it is fortunate. Definitely worth being CIDB certified.
