I am selling a house and during the inspection a small gas leak was found. Marc was referred to me by a trusted friend, so I gave him a call. I got on their schedule very quickly, and Marc was very thorough in his assessment of my issues. He worked diligently and got the job fixed quickly. He answered all of my questions and his work was very clean and professional. If you need a reliable plumber, who is experienced in gas plumbing, I highly recommend North Texas Plumbing.

Steven was fantastic! Worked quickly, efficiently, neatly and explained what i needed to know and everything I asked. He is also friendly and conscious, following through with everything he promised or offered. The rates are reasonable. The service was faster than I expected and I would not hesitate to refer him to my friends and family.

Mario did my repairs which consisted of a new water heater, new disposal, and some work on my exterior hose bibs. He was articulate, knowledgeable and stayed on the job the entire time he was here. He brought my system up to code in several ways beyond just doing the basics to get by.

These guys are great. We rent and since the first day we moved in over two years ago, there was an existing plumbing issue. Patch jobs were put in by other companies but in the end, the permanent fix needed to happen. Two plumbing companies were brought in for a quote and these guys were the only ones to pull out all their tools, dig the area, get a camera out and confirm in multiple ways the full issue. They are here doing a massive two day repair with 3 plumbers and in the first half of the day have already accomplished what I had assumed would take them 3x the time to do. They are professional, extremely hard working and knowledgeable – not sure what else you could ask for. And supposedly best price too as they won the quote. They have my full endorsement, ask for Jose and Kevin on your crew, they are rockstars.

Last night March 4th the garden hose was pulled and broke the copper tubing coming off the main water supply to the house, it was 10pm so I had to wait till morning to call a plumber. I shut off all water to the house and at 6am I started searching Google maps for a plumber that lived close to my house. I sent picture, description, and contact info to 6 plumbers I found close by with decent reviews, the only one that returned my call by 7am was Mr. Liriano, he stated he was busy and was only available in the afternoon. I told him I was waiting on 5 others and would let him know if some else could come earlier. At 7:40am Mr. Liriano called again to see if anyone else was coming. I told him no one else had called and he told me he would come in few minutes. Mr. Liriano arrived by 8:15am completed repair in time to be to his next job which he had told me was at 9:15am. He did fast, good quality work at what I beleive was a fair price considering the circumstance that it was an emergency.

I am already going to use his services next week for some other plumbing work I’ve been wanting too do and would recommend him highly if you are looking for an honest, good priced plumber in Miami.

The service they provided was exceptional and at first I was delighted with it. Two months later I had a back up and I asked them to come back out and they did. In one weeks time, it was backed up again. I messaged the owner and advised him of what was happening and he immediately went on the defensive by indicating to me that he had been in the business since 1961 and that he was 65 yrs old and that he knew precisely what he was speaking of. He proceeded to tell me what I had to do and was rather crass. I indicated to him that I had no doubt in his men as professionals that I was not accusing him or his people of anything, I just needed the issue resolved and would appreciate them coming out and looking at this. He was not at all sympathetic to sensitive to my dilemma. I thought that I had a company for life and was certain that I could call them from here on out, not so. I am very sorry to say that this gentleman, the owner, is anything but a professional. I paid them in full both times that they came out and he went onto say that I had not paid them the 2nd time around, I have the cancelled check to prove it. They were paid in full both times. This gentleman just went on rambling when all I needed was for him to come out and look at what was happening and explore a little further to get to the root cause of the back up. He (Tony) was totally hostile. I am so sorry about this, I thought I had a company for any future issues. I can way with all honesty that I would not recommend them to anyone.

This is the best plumbing company in Miami! USA Plumbing and Septic is the most reliable, efficient, capable and clean company I have ever used. They have helped me for over 20 years, and still maintain the professionalism they are known for. This week they arrived on time, wearing masks, and made sure I saw that everything was correct before leaving. I would recommend them to everyone!

I had a leak in my living room coming from a room above. First thing they did when they walked in was to immediately put down a tarp so they wouldn’t get anything soiled. The problem was Id & addressed. They also installed new sink fixtures in my kitchen. They were fast, efficient, clean working & friendly. I will have no problem using them again when needed.

Lou and his Son replaced rusted steam pipes and tuned up our boiler recently. The work was beyond my expectations. I found Lou to be down to earth and “user friendly” throughout the process. He did not try to sell me anything but pointed out how some things need cleaning instead of just replacing them. I will call on him again!

I highly recommend US Plumbing. They were the second company I contacted regarding a foundation leak. The first company could not locate the issue, but Jorge Luis and Kennedy at US Plumbing successfully identified the problem and provided me with several options for fixing it. They went above and beyond by thoroughly explaining the process and the solutions. Additionally, they helped me by rolling up the carpet and taking it out to the curb for collection. I will definitely turn to them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

USP reconnected my gas meter after Atmos relocated it outside my fence. They came right on time, tested the house-side piping and reconnected the meter quickly to minimize our time without service.

He was super polite, very patient in answering the many questions I had about my unit, and super informative and knowledgeable about the company’s products. Ezekiel did my seasonal heating check and evaluation last week. He checked my on roof unit, and proceeded to check my attic. He showed me pictures, and explained how my insulation had compressed over the years. It was so thin that the 2 x 4s were showing through.

He was very professional and courteous, as he gave me various options to consider. Another wonderful technician from JW!
